Female Bracelet: Comes with the female round sterling silver charm which is also connected to a charm carrier (please see image) and round sterling silver spacer beads in between the gemstones.
Tip:
- Place a Tigers Eye Tumbled Gemstone in each hand while focussing on the golden rays within each Gemstone as this will help you to feel very calm and peaceful in any stressful situation.
- Carry Hematite Tumbled Gemstones in your pocket if you are in loud or busy social settings that may give you anxiety attacks as this will allow you to feel stronger, safer and more in control of your personal space.

1. Wrap either a Tape Measure, Piece of String or Paper around your Wrist.
(as shown in images above)
2. Make sure it is a Snug-fit and not too tight.
3. If using String or Paper mark where the end is and then measure against a Ruler.
For a Snug Fit:

For a Looser Fit:
*Add 1/2 Inch = 1.27cms (or slightly more if preferred)
