Choice of Male or Female Style Bracelet:
Choose from either a male or female charm type for your Confidence and Courage Healing Gemstone Bracelet using the option box above.
Male Bracelet: Comes with the male rectangle stainless steel charm (please see image) and rondelle shaped sterling silver spacer beads in between the gemstones.
Female Bracelet: Comes with the female round sterling silver charm which is also connected to a charm carrier (please see image) and round sterling silver spacer beads in between the gemstones.
Tip:
Write down on a piece of paper something that you wish you had the Confidence and Courage to do, then place your Confidence and Courage Gemstone Bracelet onto the paper for about 15 mins per day whilst you focus your intentions and repeat several times out loud what you have written.
By you doing this, each day you are becoming more and more connected with the energy vibrations of your Gemstones which will help and encourage you to move closer and closer to your desired outcome.

We would highly recommend that when you feel or sense the Energy Vibrations from your Gemstone Bracelet(s) and/or Tumbled Gemstones becoming lower, that you Energise them using Clear Quartz Tumbled Gemstones in the centre or next to them for at least 24 hrs to enable you to continue receiving the Full Healing Benefits from your chosen Gemstone Bracelet(s) and/or Tumbled Gemstones.
For Example:
- If you suffer from Depression on a day to day basis then the Energy Vibrations from your Gemstones will be used more frequently and therefore would be advisable to Energise them on a monthly basis.

1. Wrap either a Tape Measure, Piece of String or Paper around your Wrist.

2. Make sure it is a Snug-fit and not too tight.
3. If using String or Paper mark where the end is and then measure against a Ruler.
For a Snug Fit:
