A Little History

In the 16th Century Tigers Eye was rarer than Gold and was considered even more precious and during this time the only people that were allowed to wear these Gemstones were the leaders of tribes and their families which they particularly wore during their ceremonies.

Roman Soldiers wore Tigers Eye that was said to be engraved to protect them and encourage bravery during battles.

Tigers Eye  was once extremely expensive because it was so rare and it was not until various other mines were discovered containing this Gemstone that they became more affordable.
